    All of the instructors look like they love their job, and seem really enthused to work with the kids. They are receptive to feedback and are willing to do what is needed to help the kids. There are also a lot of extra programs they do such as summer camp, picnics, and fundraisers for Children's hospital. Overall we have had a good experience with them and think they have a good program.

    I myself loves it. I started when I was 8 and I am still doing it. I'm a double black stripe close to black belt. It's great exercise and a great time waster.
